windows 10 Computer Is Now Slow

Hello Gals and Guys -I have a HP desktop. The basic specs areAMD 3700x CPU16GB memoryMicron 2300 1TB NVMe SSDWindows 10 HomeThe past week or so it's gotten really slow. It seems a little slower to boot, but where it really is bad is opening anything - browsers, office, explorer, photoshop, solitaire, etc., all seem slower than when everyone was using platter drives. They seem to be mostly OK once opened, but getting there is a struggle. My first thought was a virus, but the software says it's clean. I then thought perhaps the disc, so I ran Crystal Mark.
