My game is locked in 60fps in my laptop with the charger on

It's started today when I opened to play the game yesterday it's was working fine today it's i started valorant to play and it's running on 60 fps usually it goes to 180+ fps with power on but when I turn the power switch on and off its goes to 180fps and comes down to 60 fps i tried playing counter strike but it is also running in 60 fps please help it's a Asus rog strix G15 laptop with amd ryzen 7 4800H 16 gb ram 1tb storage and NVIDIA RTX 3050TI help
