After Windows update Windows ask for activation

Hi,I have a problem that after an update, Windows ask me for activation. But even if I enter the key there, I only get the message that the key is not correct, but I checked it for typos. Then I tried to enter the key using the CMD and the following error message came up: "Error: 0xC004F050 from the software licensing service reported an invalid product key" I bought this key a year ago. Therefore, this should work. I haven't changed anything on my hardware or anything.
