Time zone keeps defaulting to the wrong one

HelloMy computer keeps changing my time zone to an incorrect one - aways the same one. I have turned off setting my time zone automatically and this enables me to have the correct time but as soon as I turn it on again it reverts to the wrong zone. When I leave the 'set time zone automatically' off I keep the correct time zone for a while but it seems to soon revert back to the wrong one and the toggle seems to switch back to setting it automatically.I have tried resetting my Internet Time Settings but that has not been successful.
