Windows keep "logging off" when I enter code or give finger print. Can't get access to computer.

I just reset my laptop and had everything installed again. I recovered all documents, pictures etc. from an external hard drive. I restarted the computer. I can see my account and it accepts my fingerprint and code. However, in stead of login in to the computer, I briefly see "logging off" on the screen and it then takes me back to the login screen. It simply won't let me log on. What to do? Can I do something in BIOS?/Michael
