My Computer no longer recognises me audio output (ie my computer's inbuilt speakers) Realtek no longer appears in the devices.

I cannot seem to get it back. Had this trouble previously and was able to restore to earlier versions and it would work again.Can't seem to do that now.I cannot uninstall and reinstall drivers as this isn't recognised.It doesn't recognise the hardware.
