Abandoning One Drive -- How Do I Identify a File Solely Present on One Drive?

After a year or so experience with One Drive, its time to say goodbye. I have no need for sharing, and I've always preferred to be in physical possession of my stuff, either on the PC or on some external drives.How do I insure as I go through the process of divorce, I don't lose any folders or files that exist solely on One Drive? Is this even a valid concern?
