windows 10 Windows Wireless LAN 802.11 Extensibility Framework

I am unsure if I have a virus since I ran a scan through VirusTotal and one of the tags came back as #malware. I ran it again in Filescan.io and it came up as likely malicious. The file is located in the normal C:\Windows\System32 folder. In properties it has all of the normal copyright signatures and such. Does not look suspicious, but I'd like to make sure it's fine. The thing is I have not downloaded any suspicious files/apps, nor have I gone to any weird sites, so I don't understand if it's a false positive or a trojan that somehow got into my system from my thumb dri
