What do i do if i deleted my 'users' in C drive ?

I accidentally deleted my 'users' in C drive and now i can't open most of my files/apps. Then, I can't also open 'Pictures' 'Downloads' etc. in Files Explorer. It says that the file is unavailable like in the picture i uploaded. What should i do ?
