I created a Microsoft account for my 8-year-old daughter who is living in a different state. It has been a problem because it is blocking certain access she needs. Therefore, I deleted her from my family to remove the permissions. Unfortunately, the permissions are still there and continue to function. I have found some advice online but can't use it. Someone reset the sign in account on her computer to a Gmail address (without my knowledge) and now I don't have the Microsoft email address associated with her account. All I have is this - lm******@outlook.com.I need help to recover that email
