Microsoft Photos doesn't open outside of a photo, and isn't interactive by mouse

If I click on the Microsoft Photos app itself, it won't open.If I double click a photo, it will open, but the entire top bar isn't clickable by mouse (apart from the Windows-derived close, resize and minimize buttons).This does not change even if I resize the window.However, the buttons are selectable using the Tab & Enter keys.I can also open the editor straight away by right clicking an image and selecting "edit with Photos".- I updated everything, tried fixing the app and resetting it.- Ran 'sfc /scannow' to no results (no faults detected).- Ran the Windows Store troubleshooter - it sai
