How can I fix this explorer glitch? Every app doesn't respond.

There is some time when my explorer crashes. I can't click anything. I can't click on my task bar, desktop or open a new app by clicking it. I can open apps thru my task bar using keyboard but I can't click anything. I can open apps but every app does not respond at all I can't even turn off my computer. It occurs more often now. I wanna know if it's a glitch in explorer or some hardware problems. It makes me forcefully turn off my LAPTOP every time it happens.
