Why do Microsoft NOT tell customers in advance that Windows 11 may make half their system obsolete?

I have recently reverted back to 10. 11 made all my printer software fall apart or disappear. Microsoft just don't give a damn. I also contacted them and had a long phone conversation with "support", when my audio also stopped working properly. After a lot of obvious questions, and some fiddling around through remote connection, I was informed that my 3.5mm jack was faulty. This is NOT the case: I had told them that the problem started after an upgrade, but, oh no, the customer is always wrong. Why can't Microsoft actually employ people who can help their customers, rather than incompetents w
