How can I move my MS Word files from my Documents folder in Quick Access back to the original default location?

A few months ago, I made the mistake of moving MS Word from it's original location in Program files, {"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\WINWORD.EXE"}, to the Documents folder in my Quick Access bar where its location appears as, {"C:\Users\spine\Documents"}. Apparently, the program remained in the same location, but all my Word files are in my Documents folder in Quick Access. I didn't know at the time that by my action, everything in my Word program would automatically sync with the Documents folder and go to the MS cloud; resulting in a lot of syncing.
