Not letting me create a system restore point. Says its disabled by my system admin. (windows 11)

So, a while back I accidently deleted my audio drivers, so I went to HP Support Assistant (app) and tried to get them back, but when trying to update/reinstall the drivers it said I needed a system restore point. So I looked up how to get there and it said it is disabled by my system admin even though my account is marked as an admin. So what I did is found one on the web and installed it. Its been working fine but its still janky and I wish I just had the actual ones. There's also a lot of other things wrong with my windows, I don't know if my windows 11 is installed correctly or what. All I
