windows 10 Wifi often disconnect and disappear

Hi guys, I have a complaint that my wifi often disconnects, even the wifi option often disappears on my laptop. I changed the QoS on my wifi settings from WMM to SSID, because in my experience SSID QoS is less delayed than WMM, and since I changed these settings, my laptop wifi often crashes. If I change QoS to WMM again, the problem is gone, but when playing games, I will experience a slight delay, which will make me often lose in playing games, the games I play are Counter Strike and Dota 2. When I set QoS to SSID, there is almost no delay in the game, but somehow my wifi often disconnects,
