windows 10 How to turn off sign in options completely on Windows 10?

Hello,I'm wondering if there's any way to turn off having to sign in AT ALL during start-up? Here's the thing though, I know about going in and turning off the option for requiring users to sign in at start up (Win+R > netplwiz > uncheck sign in box). The problem with that is the lock screen is still present, but then two users show up...my local account and my Microsoft account (vs. the one single local account if I have that box checked). I'm wondering if it's possible to disable signing in completely without also compromising my Microsoft account for...everything else. I'm the only on
