Family Safety not working

My children have accounts added to my Microsoft family safety account. I just got new laptops for them, signed myself in as administrator on both, and allowed each of them under my family to sign into one of the computers as a standard user. I have made sure all the software is up to date and have restarted everything (my phone with the family safety app and the computers). I also made sure my app is up to date. I'm using the corrwct accounts, and screen time settings are accurate- but they are not working on the computer. The Family Safety app isn't even registering that they were on Inter
