Office Online - Clip Art - Screen does not show search results

I am using Office 2007 and Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2

In Office Online -> Clip Art, When I give search for any name say Cat, after

3 seconds of search, the computer only returns the message 'Searched for

"cat". It does not show the clips. This happens even if I give search for any

other name. On the other hand if there are far larger number of clips for any

given name, it gives the message "Your search returned more than 1200 items.

To narrow the results, type a more specific keyword into the search box. "

below the main message 'Searched for xxx'. When I narrow down my search,

again only the main message comes without any clips. These clips used to come

initially. Now suddenly they have stopped to come. Even earlier when these

clips used to come on screen, I was not able to down load them.

Wha can be the problem and how to solve it ?
