Login after upgrading to windows 11

I just updated to Windows 11 and did a clean install. Now it's asking me to log in to Windows which it never did before. None of my credentials work. I have tried 2 Microsoft accounts aswell as all my different passwords I ever used. Is there any way for me to get access to my pc again or do I have to buy a new drive with a new OS?
