How do I reactivate Windows 10 after a hardware change?

Recently, I upgraded my motherboard to allow for an upgrade to Windows 11. However, both my existing Windows 10 install and clean Windows 11 install will not activate using the new motherboard.Old Situation:My current license is a retail license originally to Windows 8 Pro. According to the support pages an upgrade to Windows 10 results in a Digital License. The activation screen tells me "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to my account".New Situation A - Win11:PC with upgraded motherboard and clean install of Windows 11.
