Microsoft Visual c++ Runtime Error not launching steam game

Hello I am having an issue launching a game on steam (Marvel Rivals). Other games on steam don’t have this issue. My error message says “Microsoft Visual C++ runtime” above it says that it’s required. I’ve tried uninstalling all of them but some x86 and x64 versions fail setup. I’ve tried other methods like scanning and fixing and corrupted files like other people are told to do but still nothing. I’m not sure if it’s my new gaming PC that I got or that the game just can’t run on my pc, although I know someone that has a Pc and they don’t run through any of my issues. Please help its very frus
