Windows 11, Windows Explorer becoming "Not Responding" after opening and clicking anything. This hasn't been an issue up to recently, how do I fix?

Starting last night, Windows Explorer started constantly going into "Not Responding" after opening and clicking anything/anywhere. So far I've done a clean boot and attempted to install a repaired version of Windows, though couldn't find one according to recovery settings.
