BSOD when wake up from sleep, WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Hello,When I wake up my pc from sleep I get BSOD with "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERRO" message, and when the system restarts, the pc freezes at the booting screen where you have to press delete key to enter the bios, and I cannot do anything on that screen, I'll have to power off the pc and power it on again to be able to boot.Steps taken to remedy this issue:-Format-Check RAM for errors with memtest86 (no errors)-Check my boot drive (samsung 980 pro nvme) for errors with samsung magician app (no errors), and updated firmware-Updated motherboard bois-Updated graphics drivers-Updated motherboard chips
