My Microsoft Authenticator Account was hacked and the MS Support can't help me

I used the Microsoft Authenticator several times for two-step-authentication. Today (after several months) I tried to login to my microsoft account and to get a code by the authenticator. I found out that my account (on the MS Autenticator) was blocked because of to many failures of logging in. I also found out that there is an e-mail adress provided that is not mine. I contacted MS support and they told me that my MS Account wasn't hacked but they can't help me with the authenticator. I deleted the app several times on my iPhone and installed it again and still can't login to it because of t
