I own an old Microsoft account linked to my personal Gmail address that I can't recover. The only recovery mechanism is not working anymore (old university email address) and it seems I answer the questions in the account recovery form always wrong.I opened a 2nd account with the dot at another position, because dots in email addresses don't matter: Dots don't matter in Gmail addresses - Gmail Help explained my problem multiple times to Microsoft support agents but they don't seem to comprehend the basic problem.Please help me, how can I unlink my email address from
