Subject: Assistance Needed: Battery Stuck at 0% Despite ChargingMessage:Hello Team,I’m encountering an issue with my device battery. Although it indicates that it’s charging, the battery level remains stuck at 0% and does not increase. If i try to unplug the charger, the device automatically shut downs everything.
