Microsoft seems to be ignoring preferences that has been set by me on my PC regarding Windows Updates.I have "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available Turned Off.I also have in Advanced Options, ALL Update options Turned Off.(See screen shots below).I have them Turned Off for a reason, but it would appear that Microsoft ignores those preferences and downloads and installs the latest Windows 10 Update in the background without any notification that it is doing so, until you see the Restart Icon in the Task Bar.Microsoft appears to want full control of my PC, with Windows 10 updates a
