If I google the Window's version update number e.g. 32H2 the Wikipedia page does inform me about changes to the new version. If Microsoft doesn't maintain a public webpage with that info, then I think they should at least take the user to the appropriate Wikipedia page. Instead the link takes me to a "Window Tips" page which seems to have more generalized information not necessarily details of the main features of the update. If Microsoft is worried about confusing the user with too much information then perhaps their "See What's New" should take users to a page with a "details" tab.
