Stuck in BIOS setup loop, dad says SSD/HDD might have been wiped somehow

Hi, I'm not really tech savvy or anything so I'm not really sure what went wrong or what happened.I just redownloaded a game off of steam (Saiko no Sutoka) and opened it. While the game was on its loading screen, it froze and wouldn't let me close it down to try and change the game's start settings. I had tried to use the alt+f4 keybind multiple times and it didn't do anything. There was also a popup that came up for the game to try and close it, which I'd attempted many times to no avail. After a few minutes of trying, I decided to force close it with Task Manager by pressing ctrl+alt+del. It
