Toggle for notifications keeps turning off

Hi,I'm trying to find a solution to an issue - my Outlook notifications have completely turned off. I checked the notifications settings for Outlook and the toggle is turned to 'Off'. However, when I try to change the toggle to 'On', it immediately switches back to 'Off'. Does someone know how to fix this?
