windows 11 Some times my office files (Word and Excel) get disappear after turning on the laptop.

Hello friends,Because I use several laptops, I have to store my files on a hard drive (Adata ssd) or a flash memory.I open a Word file on a laptop and make changes to it or add things to it.The next day when I plug my hard drive into another laptop or the former one. The Word files that were used on the last time get disappear!I have had this issue with word and excel files!It does not happen every day; it happens 2 or 3 times a year.I had this issue with flash memories and my friends told me to use hard drives, but still this problem exists.Please help me with solving the issue, or tell me th
