The window of stablish a new PIN code on a Microsoft account doesn't appear.

Hi, I just bought a new computer and to use Windows, I logged in with an already created Windows account. This account is being used on another computer. I want to set a PIN code to log in instead of the password, but when I go to set it in the Microsoft account settings, after entering the password in the pop-up window, this window disappears and the window to set the pin does not appear, it keeps loading but does not appear.What can i do?
