My PC does not boot after CMOS reset

Hello,I have very wierd problems:Problem 1:At first, the PC didn’t boot at all. It was like there was no power coming out of the PSU.Fix:Bought a new PSUProblem 2:Then, my PC booted perfectly, but it switched off shortly after.Fix:Bought a new CPU Cooler and changed the SATA cable.Problem 3:After that, it didn’t boot. It showed: “Reboot and Select proper boot device”I tried:Setting boot order for my SSD in BIOS (It was recognized by the BIOS), plugin it in different slots on Mainboard, changing SATA cable.Problem 4:After i was unable to fix 3, i reset CMOS. Now, it doesn’t even boot into BIOS.
