Hello,I've been having a problem for a few weeks that I can't seem to solve in any way.Mainly the problem involves two aspects of the operating system, or at least that is what I understand.The first involves the management of the printer and any of its interaction with any program.If I try to send to print, view a print preview of any document, using any program (from Office to google document viewer or any browser), or export a word document to PDF, the program I am using crashes.It freezes and I am forced to close it with the task manager.The same thing happens if I try to install or search
