I followed the steps described in Restore old Right-click Context menu in Windows 11 to first restore the Windows 10 context menu by running "reg.exe add "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve." Right after that, I removed that change to restore the Windows 11 context menu by running "reg.exe delete "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}" /f."
