Black left corner on home screen only

My computer just did update KB5048652 (2024-12 Cumulative update for windows 10 version 22H2 for x64 based system) and when it restarted the left bottom corner of the home screen is black. The black corner does not show on any other program when I open them. I uninstalled the update and restarted but it is still showing on the home screen. I have an HP laptop 15-ef1xxx, System SKU 1Y872UA#ABA. Windows 10 Home version 10.0-19045 Build 19045, System type x64 based PC. How do I fix this.
