windows 11 Downgrade from 23H2 to a functional 22H2

...without having to reinstall the entirety of Windows 11. My Asus machine has random freezes and scheduler issues where the whole system will pause for moments at a time after installing 23H2 specifically, even neglecting keyboard input. This is not acceptable for a Pro license in a business environment. Do you need kernel level software/hardware specialists to fix your ragged CPU scheduler? Because that's all this is. FIX YOUR KERNEL. 24H2 is proof.
