It happened after I clicked on the scroll thing at the bottom of a bilibili video (bilibili is a video site in China similar to YouTube). This has never happened before in the past few years I've used the website so I have no clue what's happening.I went to Google to look for some clues and I found someone with a similar experience to mine, so I presume we're experiencing a similar issue.I tried to use the "reliability monitor" as suggested by the helper in the other post, and these are the results:------------------------------------------------------------------Problem: Windows stopped worki
