Why does other speaker driver randomly appeared in my Device Manager?

So I have tried to uninstall JBL Charge 5 Stereo in my device manager under Sound, Video and game controllers. However, it re-appeared back in my device manager after I'd restarted my computer. I am having audio crackling issues, that is why I am disabling and uninstalling some drivers. So this is the drivers that I am having in the device manager.1) HK SoundSticks 4 Stereo (Currently using)2) JBL Charge 5 Stereo (Uninstalled device but re-appeared)3) NVIDIA High Definition Audio (Currently Disabled) 4) NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM) (Currently Disabled) 5) Realtek ® Aud
