The evidence is all over the pages, the USB drivers are turning devices off far too aggressively - why aren't the drivers being fixed?

I have updated the BIOS on the motherboard, I have updated the drivers, I have turned OFF all the power management for all USB devices and STILL the drivers are turning the devices off and on at random and I am getting sick and tired of hearing the USB device disconnected, USB device connected tones played back to back.AMD USB 2.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.20 (Microsoft) PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15B8&SUBSYS_88771043&REV_00\4&89701DF&0&0043AMD USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.20 (Microsoft) PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15B7&SUBSYS_88771043&REV_00\4&1EBE6A9C&0
