npsvctrig crashing my computer

npsvctrig is shown in the event viewer whenever I crash. I've applied new thermal paste to BOTH my cpu and gpu, I got an entirely new cpu cooler that works better (around 20 degrees lower in avg), I've reinstalled windows, I've done a factory reset, and it STILL continues to crash whenever being put under any sort of relatively strong work. (For example - fortnite). I literally do not know what else could be the problem. I've only gotten one reply to my other question, and I can't see what other solution there could be to my problem besides literally buying an entire new PC. Here are my specs:
