Why does my windows keep disabling itself?

Ever since roughly a week ago i have started having issues with my windows instalation, im using a pre-built PC built by a repair shop which ive had for about a few months. Everything was fine until suddenly the "activate windows" watermark has started appearing in the bottom right corner of the screen.I have a legitimate copy of windows that has been activated for months now until this happend, checking the activation settings says that it couldnt connect to the organizations servers and shows the error code 0xC004F074. Restarting the computer causes the watermark to dissapear but it shows up
