My PC's Bluetooth doesn't want to connect properly with audio devices, help please

I have tried everything to solve it, reinstalling drivers, reinstalling Windows, using previous and updated versions of the drivers, using Microsoft drivers, I even tried changing the Bluetooth-WiFi card in my laptop to see if it would fix the issue, and I also tried using an independent USB Bluetooth device, but nothing, nothing worked, I already mentioned that I also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth device?, yes.
