windows 11 version 24h2 (repair version)When trying to create a recovery drive on my Windows 11 PC, I get the following message:"We can't create a recovery drive on the PCSome required files are missing. To troubleshoot problems when your PC can't start, use your Windows installation disc or media."So, I have moved forward with trying to reinstall Windows 11, and this is what is trying to be installed:windows 11 version 24h2 (repair version)The update downloads successfully 100%, but the update install stalls at 17%. I've tried the install five times, and it always fails. So, where can I down
