Need help with tricky Windows 10 update failure

I currently run a duel PC setup and my second PC has failed an update. originally the update made it 92% and stopped progressing. I gave it time, rebooted, ran in safe mode and revert updates, all failed and now the screen I am on is something like " Update failed, trying to revert to previous version". That is the screen I now am stuck at. I have tried to get into advanced option but now when I click that option, my computer restarts. Does anyone know of a solution that might get me back to where I can possibly get to the screen where I have the options to troubleshoot and use a flash drive w
