windows 11 my pc doesnt have wifi and bluetooth doesnt work

I built my pc a few months back and after building it I noticed that there wasn't a wifi icon in that smell widget in the bottom right corner, it appeared that I didn't have wifi for some reason. but bluetooth was there but refused to work, even when I put my earbuds in pairing mode right next to the pc. I checked device manager and the there was a bluetooth driver called bluetooth device (personal area network) and the wifi adaptors all had WAN next to them except for in a section called "other devices"I checked on that and it has smth called network controller with a yellow exclamation mark
