If the PC is not set up to be a server, only one instance of the software can be used at a time by that individual. I am looking for a lawyer who will start a class action suit against Microsoft to get them to change their policy. As there are likely several million users with this issue and the licenses sell for about $200, the suit damages will easily reach into the billions of dollars. I don't care about the money, but I do care about being able to run multiple VMs on my laptop so I can do my job more easily. My company won't use VM's due to the cost of Microsoft licenses. I'm not sure
