How to fix "Flushdns can not be found"?

OS: Win 10 64-bitYesterday. My network & internet setting showed that my home wifi has no internet connection. However, my phone can surf the internet through this wifi normally.I checked a few tips on the net and attempt to ipconfig/flushdns through Win+R but only receive a message that it can't find ipconfig/flushdns I followed a different tips to check my DNS client Properties but all the options were grey out. Overall, dns client was running normally and it started with window startup I just can't interact with the options.So I followed the next tip to add a new Path variables (%System
