windows 10 Touchpad Issue - Glitching

Hey, I created a new windows local user and logged in for the first time.It showed me it had a couple of updates it needed before I could use it and I waited.Unfortunately, the process was interrupted and when i booted the laptop again and logged into an existing user account, i only saw a black screen.I tried many methods to solve it but ultimately had to reset my laptop before i got it fixed.After the reset, i noticed my touchpad started bugging. It would highlight things without me doing anything, the left and right touchpad buttons don't work, gestures don't work too and i can't tap click
